1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Mission Weather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription & Billing

Free Trial: Mission Weather offers a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $9.99/month unless canceled.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Billing: All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not process payments ourselves.

Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

Access Restriction: A valid, active subscription is required to use the App. Without one, you will not be able to access App features.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Mission Weather only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may terminate your account without notice if you:

• Misuse the service
• Abuse free trials
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks
• Violate any laws or regulations

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
